1. General:
At Consumer Tribe, we value our clients and strive to ensure satisfaction with our services. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.
2. Consultancy/ Service Fees:
Fees charged for all services are non-refundable.
3. Exceptions:
In exceptional circumstances, such as errors on our part or failure to deliver promised services, full or partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.
4. Force Majeure
We will not be considered responsible if there is a default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”)
5. Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days and credited to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it might take an additional 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account
6. Changes to this Policy:
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued engagement with our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
